We are building an innovative product in a space that is brand new. We are building a product unlike any others to solve problems for our customers that did not exist before. There is inherent uncertainty in this space. We don’t know what the market will look like in the future. As our customers begin to use our product we don’t know what new needs they will have as they learn to apply our product. We make product and technical decisions in the face of this uncertainty. We do not shy away from uncertainty. Our attitude towards uncertainty is our advantage. We commit boldly when we make a decision but we will change directions quickly as necessary.
Shorten Feedback Loops
To meet our customers’ needs faster we must iterate faster. To be faster we must learn faster. We are always looking for ways to test our ideas faster, to make changes faster, and to receive feedback faster.
